Honestly, not much about business. I come back to one of my favorite holiday movie lines. Santa, there are no naughty kids. Just some that got a worse deal than others. Or something like that… And I believe it.
During the holidays, I try to recharge from a long work year and enjoy my family. We aren’t together very often and this will be the first time since Eadie and I have been parents that we won’t have both kids home for Christmas. We have very mixed emotions, but are very happy for the opportunity that is keeping Pete from home. I bet Michael gets spoiled rotten this year.
I have been wanting to write a “there are no naughty kids” blog since we started blogging. I had come up with all kinds of ways to twist it into a customer service piece. But, this is the holidays. To turn that line into a business piece just feels too much like Aisle 14 in Wal-Mart being decorated for the holidays before Halloween. So, I give you that line in its raw form.
Think about it, love those around you and those that aren’t, respect others and their points of view, and remember to be thankful for all that is good in your life.
Happy Holidays and Peace on Earth.
