The Voice of Great Harvest

Brands Speak for Themselves

Honestly, brands do have a voice.  McDonalds screams fast fat food.  Never mind that they have revamped their menu s ince they hired a corporate chef and it is now full of healthy items. It is what we think it is.  And mind you, that is how the brand speaks to me.  You may hear a different voice.
Be Loose and Have Fun
But, my point is that even though they can’t “speak” they in fact do every time they open their doors through the way in which they and their products interact with the public.  The smile as you walk in the door.  Or the long wait as one person works the front counter while four more lounge around in plain sight in the back.  The incredibly tasty bread you get to taste at the breadboard.  Or the just good enough product.

This is of particular interest to us at Great Harvest as it is inherent in our business model that we speak with many and different voices.  We try to root all of our tones by living our mission statement.

Be Loose and have fun
Bake phenomenal bread
Run fast to help customers
Give Generously to others.

Bake Phenomenal BreadThat is a mouthful and hard to live up to and it doesn’t even speak to our best point of product difference, which is that we bake all of our whole grain breads with a proprietary wheat that we mill fresh and daily in each of our stores.  But, it does allow the brand to tell you who we think we are.

How does our brand speak to you?  Good and bad, we want to know.  We love to say thank you for the good times.  We also love to learn from our issues.

Thanks for reading and comments.
